A boutique, multidisciplinary construction consultancy, based in London’s West End, are looking to expand their Quantity Surveying Team and bring in a Senior Quantity Surveyor to help support their current clients and grow the existing team alongside the existing Director.
This firm have attracted a fantastic client base across the Build to Rent, Student Accommodation, Prime Residential alongside some Commercial Developments, Hotels and Education clients. Due to their expanding pipeline of work they are looking to attract a candidate who is looking to join this very successful organisation.
Candidates will preferably be MRICS qualified (although they have an excellent APC training programme), have proven high rise experience in the private Residential market with a strong focus on pre-contract. Employers Agent experience would be an added benefit. Candidates who are MRICS qualified and have worked either client side or for a contractor would also be of interest to this business.
On offer is a competitive salary of up to £75,000 plus company benefits to include private medical, pension, company socials, annual trip away and much more. Please only apply if you have relevant UK residential experience.
