One of our repeat consultancy clients are currently embarking on a period of growth in the Project Management market due to recent project wins. This multi-disciplinary construction consultancy boasts an impressive client list and has a very good reputation in both the Project Management and Quantity Surveying market with excellent senior leadership who have been in the industry for many years, supporting and developing the team with professional development.

The current range of projects are concentrated across New Build Residential, Hospitality, Retail, Office and Later Living. Located in London's West End, the office has a great collaborative culture between teams and there is a great social side to the Team.

Candidates must have UK experience under JCT Contract with experience at both pre-construction and delivery phases carrying out the role of Employers Agent / Contract Administrator. As a Senior Project Manager, you will be responsible for leading schemes and supporting more junior staff with their development.

There is a very progressive growth strategy for this particular service offering and fantastic opportunities to progress up to Director level. This hire will have the ability to be promoted within a year of joining the firm up to Associate Project Manager grade.

  • Appropriate Degree – Engineering, Surveying, Real Estate, Construction, Architecture
  • Experience of managing projects with construction value of £10million+
  • Direct experience working for a Project Management Consultancy or Developer
  • Previous project experience in the private sector (Desirable - Resi & Commercial)

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £75,000 per annum plus a generous benefits package to include 2 Bonuses, Private Medical, Private Pension and company away days. Candidates are expected in the office 4 days per week.
