This is a great opportunity to be a part of a consultancy team delivering a £500million residential project based near Stratford. Working on site, this project team are heavily involved in complex refurbishment and cladding remediation on a multi-plot development which is currently midway through the construction programme.
As a Senior Project Manager, you will be working closely with the client and various contractors to ensure that the programme is on schedule and you will have responsibility for contract administration amongst other duties. This role is full time on site, so travel to East London is expected daily.
On offer is a salary of up to £75,000 plus a benefits package to include a great bonus scheme, private pension, healthcare, car allowance along with clear progression and development opportunities.
