If you are a Project Manager with experience in high rise Residential projects or new build Warehousing, and are looking for more autonomy, responsibility and growth opportunities, then this could be the perfect opportunity for your career. This boutique consultancy are working with some exceptional clients across predominantly Residential but also in the Commercial and Industrial markets and are looking for a new Project Manager to join their team. They have been shortlisted for industry-recognised awards and have a pragmatic approach to how they work with their clients. As a project manager, you will have the opportunity to work on projects up to £100million in value. Located in London’s West End, this close knit team have delivered some cracking schemes across the country and are expanding.
Candidates will need to have the following experience to be considered for this role:
- Project Budget Management, including managing project contingencies
- Has worked on or been exposed to either a Practical/Sectional Completion or Pre-Contract Tender/Contract execution (ideally both)
- Has experience collating a project brief, Request For Proposal (RFP) and procuring consultants/surveyors
- Can create and manage project programmes
- Aiming to sit chartership in 6 months (MRICS preferred)
On offer is a base salary range between £60,000-£65,000 plus benefits to include a company annual away day and a fully comprehensive private medical and dental plan.
