Huntsman are delighted to be working with a well established multidisciplinary construction consultancy in identifying an Associate Project Manager to join their London team based in the City. You will be working on a £200 million residential development which is currently in the PCSA phase and working across a mixture of private and public sector clients.

Candidates will need to be able to demonstrate a proven track record delivering new build, high rise, residential developments. In order to be considered for this role candidates must have the following experience:

  • 7 years of experience in the Project Management industry (Developer/Consultancy/Client Side)
  • JCT Design and Build Contract Administration
  • Employers Agent experience
  • Pre Construction and Delivery experience
  • Delivered schemes over £50 million

On offer is a salary of up to £85,000 plus company benefits, hybrid working model and generous benefits package.
