The Opportunity
You’ll take a leading role across a diverse portfolio of projects, working closely with clients, design teams, and contractors to deliver schemes from early stages through to completion. The London office is entering a major growth phase, offering clear progression and the chance to help shape the future of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Leading projects across healthcare, high‑end retail, defence, and student accommodation
- Managing full project lifecycles from feasibility and pre‑construction through delivery
- Acting as Employers Agent and overseeing contract administration
- Working confidently with JCT contracts and supporting NEC‑based projects where required
- Coordinating multidisciplinary teams and maintaining strong client relationships
- Reporting on programme, cost, risk, and quality throughout delivery
What You’ll Bring
- Strong consultancy‑side project management experience
- Proven background delivering projects in one or more of the firm’s key sectors
- Excellent working knowledge of JCT contracts (NEC experience beneficial)
- Experience in both pre‑construction and delivery phases
- Confident communication and stakeholder management skills
