You will be responsible for the overall management of the home, ensuring the highest standards of care, safeguarding, compliance, and team performance. The successful candidate will play a key role in creating a positive, child-centred culture where young people can thrive, develop independence, and reach their full potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide strong leadership and day-to-day operational management of the home.
- Recruit, supervise, develop, and motivate a high-performing staff team.
- Lead by example and promote best practice across all areas of service delivery.
- Ensure full compliance with Children's Homes Regulations, Quality Standards, and safeguarding requirements.
- Maintain high standards of care and support that contribute to positive Ofsted outcomes.
- Manage all regulatory requirements, notifications, policies, and procedures.
