Hunts Recruitment is looking for female waking night support workers for flexible shifts across the Portsmouth and Fareham areas. Females are required due to the staffing ratio’s within the home. You will be based within residential children’s homes to support young people with additional learning needs and behaviours. Shifts: 20.00-08.00 shifts available across Monday to Sunday to suit your availability Full and part time hours available Weekly pay provided Contributed pension scheme offered if desired Free online training offered Would you like to support children and young people with additional needs and behaviours? Not only do Residential Childcare Workers keep young people safe, but as the nightly care provider they also make a fundamental contribution to their care, learning and development. We are looking for staff with a background of supporting vulnerable people. You will ideally have some experience supporting young people along with experience supporting those with additional needs and behaviours.
