Hunts Recruitment is looking for permanent Support Workers for a residential home in Wroxham β Norfolk. You will be supporting adults with autism, learning disabilities and personality disorders. Challenging behaviours will be present within this role. Due to the location of the home it would be extremely beneficial if you had transportation. Job Type: Full time, permanent Day or Night vacancies available Hours: 37.5 per week, Long days preferred from 8am-10pm however 7am-3pm, 3pm-10pm are available OR Waking night shifts Salary: Β£24,258+ Location: Wroxham Requirements * Driving licence would be extremely beneficial due to the rural location and lack of public transport (especially on Sundays) however, not essential if you are confident you can get there reliably * Resilience * Full Right to work in the UK A Support Worker role is an integral part of a team, ensuring the people our client supports can live as independently as possible within the residential home and the wider community. The type of care you provide will be tailored to the needs of the individual.
