β Job Type: Permanent, Full Time
β Salary: Β£30,825.60
β Hours: 8pm-8am based on 48 hours per week
β NVQ 2 or above preferred but not essential
β Car drivers preferred but not essential

Your job role will be:
β To contribute and participate in providing quality care and life experiences to vulnerable people
β To help provide a therapeutic, structured and relaxed environment in which service users can develop and enjoy their lives.
β To assist in the overall daily management of the home by taking responsibility for coordinating activities during a shift as required.
β To support and advise new and less experienced staff in the implementation of procedures and service user guidelines.
β To ensure that medication is administered in line with both Company Policy and CQC guidelines (training provided)
β To ensure accurate recordings and reporting of all accidents and incidents that may occur involving service users and/or staff and to record relevant information in the appropriate place
Additional Information:
All employees are expected to work in a flexible way when the occasion arises so that tasks which are not specifically covered in the job description are undertaken.
These additional duties will normally be to cover unforeseen circumstances or changes in work. xiskglj Training will be provided
