Hunts Recruitment is seeking experienced Support Workers for an exciting temporary to permanent opportunity in Southampton!
For this role you will need:
- Experience of working with and/or supporting children and young people up to the age of 18
- A full UK Drivers License and be willing to gain business insurance for your vehicle
- Be able to work 24 hours shifts from 9.30am-11pm, sleep in, 7.00am-9.30am
- The full right to work in the UK without the need for sponsorship - unfortunately our client is not able to offer sponsorship currently

Based in Southampton
Main Duties and Requirements:
- Experience of working with children and young people as well as understanding of the issues that face young people in care
- Working within Residential and Supported Living services for young people in care who may have experienced trauma, neglect and/or abuse
- Promoting, safeguarding and protecting the welfare of young people
- Encouraging the development of the individual interests of young people
- Hold Residential Childcare/Families Practitioner Diploma/Children and Young People's Workforce/NVQ Level 3 in Health
