We are urgently recruiting for Bank Support Workers to work with teenagers in a supported living setting in Bournemouth. You will be supporting young people aged 16-18 who have arrived in the UK without parental support, helping them to settle, build confidence, and develop independence skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support young people in a supported living environment
  • Assist with daily living skills (cooking, budgeting, routines)
  • Help with GP registration, education and benefits applications
  • Encourage independence and confidence building
  • Provide emotional support and build positive relationships

Shift Patterns:

  • Day shifts
  • Sleep-in shifts

Requirements:
