Workplace Services Manager Up to £65,000 | Central London | Permanent | 5 days office-based A highly regarded London law firm is looking for a Workplace Services Manager to take the lead on the day-to-day operation and continuous improvement of its workplace services. This is a hands-on management role where you'll lead a team of 7, manage key suppliers and workplace services, and take ownership of the firm's Health & Safety programme. What you'll be doing Leading, managing and developing a team of 7 Overseeing mailroom, logistics, reprographics, records management and floor support Managing external suppliers, contractors and service contracts Supporting property and facilities services, including maintenance, cleaning and security Taking the lead on Health & Safety, including risk assessments, fire safety, DSE, incident reporting and compliance audits Developing and maintaining H&S policies, procedures and emergency plans Coordinating the Health & Safety Committee and driving a strong safety culture Supporting office moves, refurbishments and workplace transformation projects Managing supplier performance, budgets, tendering and contract negotiations Ensuring excellent service delivery and continuity across the firm's offices Working closely with senior stakeholders across Workplace, IT, Property and Facilities Occasionally travelling to the firm's Mayfair and Oxford offices to support workplace operations and servicesWhat we're looking for Experience in a Workplace Services, Facilities or Operations management role Previous team management and line-management experience Experience within legal or professional services Strong people-management and leadership skills Experience managing both internal teams and outsourced suppliers Strong supplier and contract management experience In-depth knowledge of Health & Safety and compliance IOSH or NEBOSH qualification Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced professional environment Excellent stakeholder management and communication skillsIf you're an experienced Workplace or Facilities professional and worked within legal or professional services and enjoys leading teams, improving operations and taking ownership of H&S, this could be a great next step.
