We are seeking a proactive Operations Coordinator to join our client's team on a full-time, permanent basis. In this role, you will be responsible for contributing to the smooth running of the department by accurately fulfilling orders, closely monitoring stock levels, and maintaining accurate records.

We are looking for someone who possesses strong organisational skills and the ability to prioritise a dynamic workflow effectively. Excellent communication skills are needed to collaborate across teams for seamless day-to-day operations.

Responsibilities
  • Accurately locate, pick and pack stock according to order details
  • Monitor stock levels to ensure all orders can be fulfilled
  • Place timely stock orders to eliminate the risk of shortages
  • Act as the key point of contact for suppliers and internal teams regarding availability and delivery schedules
  • Provide regular updates to leadership on stock and upcoming requirements
