We're recruiting on behalf of a successful international business looking for an organised, proactive Sales & Operations Administrator to become an integral part of their friendly UK team.
This is a varied, fast-paced position where you'll support the smooth running of the office while working closely with the sales team, customers and colleagues across the business.
The role is fully office based - no hybrid working is offered.

What you’ll be doing
- Processing customer orders from start to finish
- Raising invoices, credit notes and purchase orders
- Managing order fulfilment and coordinating deliveries
- Liaising with customers and suppliers to ensure orders run smoothly
- Booking UK and international travel and accommodation
- Organising meetings, exhibitions and company events
- Maintaining stock records and coordinating logistics
- Producing reports, updating spreadsheets and maintaining databases
- Diary management and supporting the wider sales team
- Providing excellent customer service via phone and email
- Supporting marketing activity, including email campaigns and promotional materials
- General office administration including post, stationery and meeting coordination
- Assisting with ad hoc projects as the business continues to grow
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience within a busy administration, sales support or operations role
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload
- Confident communicator with excellent customer service skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Excel
- Experience using Sage would be advantageous but isn't essential
- Someone who enjoys working as part of a close-knit, supportive team
- A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to get involved wherever needed
