Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers
- Manage customer accounts and identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities
- Respond promptly to customer enquiries and resolve issues professionally
- Prepare quotations, contracts, and sales reports
- Coordinate with external sales teams, customer service, and operations departments
- Monitor account performance and customer satisfaction levels
- Maintain accurate customer records using Pipedrive CRM
- Identify opportunities to increase account value and customer retention
- Support the wider sales team in achieving business targets

- Previous experience in account management, sales, or customer relationship roles
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Strong sales and negotiation abilities
- Experience using CRM systems, ideally Pipedrive
