People Partner (Employee Relations) - South East £55,000 + £6,000 car allowance Permanent | 4 days on site, 1 day from home A large regulated infrastructure business is recruiting a People Partner to support its operational teams in the South East.
This is a hands-on, ER-led generalist role.
You'll own live casework, coach managers to handle routine issues themselves, and free up the Senior People Partners to focus on strategic work.
