The Role Working as part of a small and collaborative finance team, you'll help ensure the smooth running of the purchase ledger function and support the wider finance department with a variety of administrative tasks.
Responsibilities will include: Managing the finance inbox and distributing invoices for approval Processing supplier invoices, credit card transactions and employee expenses Maintaining accurate purchase ledger records Reconciling supplier statements and resolving queries Liaising with suppliers and internal colleagues Supporting payment processes and account administration Assisting with audits and finance-related projects
