We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager / HR Business Partner to join a busy and fast-paced education setting on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities
- Managing and responding to day-to-day staff HR enquiries
- Supporting managers with employee relations matters from end-to-end
- Managing the full recruitment cycle, including:

- Shortlisting and interview coordination
- Liaising with recruitment agencies
- Issuing offer letters and contracts
- Coordinating onboarding and induction processes for new starters
- Supporting HR administration and compliance within the education sector
- Assisting with absence management, probation reviews, and policy guidance
- Maintaining accurate employee records and HR systems
- Providing general HR Business Partner support to leadership teams
About You
The successful candidate will have:
- Previous HR Manager or HRBP experience
- Experience working within a busy education or public sector environment (desirable)
