We are currently recruiting for an experienced and organised Customer Service Coordinator to join a busy and fast-paced customer service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong administration and coordination experience who thrives in a customer-focused environment.

The Role

As a Customer Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing customer queries and remedial cases from initial logging through to completion. You'll coordinate appointments, liaise with internal teams and contractors, maintain accurate records, and ensure all issues are resolved efficiently and professionally. This role will involve regular use of Salesforce and other internal systems, alongside supporting the wider team with administration, inbox management, and incoming customer calls.

Key Responsibilities
