I am recruiting for several temporary Student Services Assistant to join a well established Educational organisation based in Birmingham. This fast paced and exciting organisation is looking for someone with excellent written and verbal communication skills and a good customer service background. Starting ASAP for 4-6 weeks Responsibilities include: Administer the induction and enrolment process for all students Receiving and recording eligibility documents Administer the process for students who intermit, transfer and withdraw from the course Administer the student attendance recording system ensuring that student attendance, absences and class swaps are recorded accurately and the information held is up to date Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors Ensure sufficient stocks of stationery – ordering and replenishing stocks as necessary Providing an up to date service to students looking for accommodation Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis Please call the office on or email Huntress Search Ltd acts as a Recruitment Agency in relation to all Permanent roles and as a Recruitment Business in relation to all Temporary roles.
