About the Role:
Exciting opportunity for a Strategic Sourcing Manager to lead sourcing initiatives, build strong stakeholder relationships, and deliver value, quality, and compliance in a dynamic environment.
About You:
- CIPS or MCIPS qualified, or alternative relevant qualifications
- Familiarity with regulated procurement procedures (UCR or PCR)
- Experience with NEC contracts
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the supply chain sourcing process for various procurement projects, ensuring successful delivery by sourcing from supply chains and wider markets
- Shape and challenge business requirements using market and supplier insights
- Develop sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives, focusing on innovation and value delivery
- Manage and prioritize multiple sourcing initiatives using agile project delivery and problem-solving skills
- Contribute to the development of best practices across the procurement lifecycle, ensuring regular reviews and updates
- Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and suppliers, engaging and influencing at senior levels
