We are working with a well-established organisation seeking an experienced and driven Planning & Scheduling Team Leader to join their scheduling function. The Role

  • Oversee day-to-day scheduling operations, ensuring the team delivers an efficient and effective service.
  • Lead, coach, and develop a team of schedulers while acting as the key point of escalation for operational challenges.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage a team of schedulers, providing day-to-day guidance and support.
  • Oversee the allocation and coordination of resources across scheduling operations.
  • Monitor team performance against KPIs, identifying areas for improvement.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for complex scheduling queries and conflicts.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the scheduling function.
