Job Title: Service Advisor Location: Park Royal – West London Hourly rate: £13.73 – £14.65 Working hours: 8am to 5pm or 9am to 6pm (1 Saturday per month) Start date/Duration: Jan 2025 Are you passionate about cars and exceptional customer service? A car dealership in Park Royal is looking for a Service Advisor to become the key point of contact for customers seeking automotive repairs and services. Key Responsibilities: Greet customers warmly and guide them through the vehicle service process Diagnose vehicle issues based on customer descriptions and vehicle conditions Create detailed, actionable work orders for technicians Order parts from suppliers and ensure timely delivery to the workshop Maintain high standards of quality for all automotive services provided Invoice customers and process payments accurately Address and resolve customer complaints effectively Keep customer records updated in our database What We’re Looking For: Experience: Knowledge of automotive products, repairs and parts, with a background in the automotive field.
