We are seeking an experienced inventory and supply planning leader to own end-to-end inventory management, replenishment and S&OP across a range of categories. This role leads multiple inventory planning teams through inventory planning managers, driving performance, capability and system and process improvements, whilst reducing waste and protecting availability. It will also see you working closely with senior stakeholders to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Own inventory management and replenishment across multiple product categories
- Lead and develop a team of inventory planners
- Drive continuous improvement of systems, processes and analytical tools
- Own and evolve the S&OP process
- Manage onboarding of new customers and suppliers
- Balance availability, display and waste reduction targets
- Influence and align cross-functional stakeholders
About You
- Strong background in inventory management, replenishment or supply planning
- Experience in FMCG, distribution, logistics or similar sectors
- Proven people leadership and stakeholder management skills
- Commercially minded, data-driven and delivery focused
