HR Advisor - 6 Month FTC (Potential to extend)

Full Time (35 hours/week) | Remote | Immediate start preferred | Equipment provided | Up to £40,716.83 per annum

Are you an experienced HR Advisor with a strong background in organisational change? We are working with a well-respected charitable organisation seeking a skilled HR Advisor to join their friendly, national HR team. This role is fully remote, with equipment provided.

Key responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice and support to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters, with a particular focus on organisational restructures.
  • Lead or contribute to change management processes, including restructures, redundancy consultations, and TUPE where applicable.
  • Coach and mentor line managers to build confidence and capability in managing people-related issues.
  • Ensure accurate and up-to-date case management documentation in line with best practice.
  • Work collaboratively with the wider HR team to ensure a consistent, high-quality service.
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidance.
  • Stay up to date with changes in employment law and advise accordingly.

What we're looking for:

  • Proven experience at HR Advisor level, ideally within a charitable or complex, multi-site environment.
  • Demonstrable experience supporting and advising on restructures and organisational change.
  • Strong knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practice.
  • Confident working autonomously in a remote setting.
  • Excellent interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills.
  • CIPD qualification (Level 5 or equivalent experience).
