We are recruiting for a Senior Administrator to play a key role in supporting professional conduct, investigations and disciplinary processes within a regulatory setting. This is a varied, responsible position suited to someone who enjoys managing complex information, working to policy, and dealing confidently with a wide range of stakeholders.

In this senior administrative role, you will take ownership of investigations and disciplinary case administration, acting as a central point of contact for professionals, legal representatives and members of the public. You will work closely with senior colleagues and committees, ensuring all processes are handled accurately, fairly and in line with policy. This is a role where attention to detail, sound judgement and professionalism are essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Managing the screening and administration of complaints and notifiable matters
  • Acting as the administrative lead for investigating and disciplinary committees
  • Coordinating disciplinary hearings and liaising with legal advisers
  • Preparing accurate reports, committee papers, minutes and formal correspondence
  • Supporting compliance through policy updates, reviews and internal audits
