A well established property company based in Leeds city centre are currently seeking a temporary experienced Secretary/Receptionist to join their team on a temporary basis. Working in a busy and demanding environment, the post-holder must possess the ability to juggle a varied workload. The Role:The post-holder will be responsible for reception,administrative and secretarial support to Partners and professional staff including:* Ensuring the effective and efficient day to day running of the department and office to assist in the provision of a quality service.* Typing of letters, copy and audio reports, schedules and other correspondence in accordance with in-house formats and procedures. undertaking any other typing and administrative support as required by the departmental head including audio.* Taking messages, answering general enquiries, and sending out particulars.* Maintaining, as required, individual and departmental diaries to ensure professional staff are aware of commitments and deadlines, making appointment and travel arrangements.* General administrative duties including photocopying, faxes, filing and mailshots.Who we’re looking for:For this temporary position we are looking for an experienced secretary with a professional services background – previous property experience is ideal but is not essential.
