A highly established global furniture manufacturer is looking to recruit a Senior Sales Support Manager to work in their impressive new showroom in Clerkenwell. Looking for a confident and experienced individual to lead and develop a sales support team. The Sales Support Manager will bring a proactive mindset, strong leadership skills, and a keen eye for detail.
Responsibilities
- Leading and mentoring a team of Account Coordinators, fostering a culture of accountability, growth, and high performance
- Strategically managing workload distribution to ensure optimal team efficiency and responsiveness to business demands
- Monitoring and driving KPIs, ensuring the team consistently meet and exceeds performance targets
- Collaborating with internal departments to implement new processes that enhance customer experience and operational efficiency
- Acting as the primary escalation point for customer complaints and complex queries, ensuring swift and effective resolution
- Identifying and solving challenges across all areas of sales support, with a proactive and solutions-focused approach
- Maintaining strong relationships with internal teams, external customers, and warehousing partners to ensure seamless communication and service delivery

Person Specification
- Minimum of 3 years\’ experience managing a team
- Proven experience in a B2B setting, preferably within logistics or manufacturing, ideally furniture.
- Exceptional attention to detail with consistently high levels of accuracy
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to liaise effectively across departments and with clients
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a solution-oriented approach
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook
