About the Role

As Sales Manager, you will take ownership of developing new business, nurturing existing clients, and guiding a small but dedicated Sales Team. You will play a key role in shaping how we grow, working closely with colleagues across the business to deliver great service and long-term partnerships.
What You Will Be Doing
- Growing sales and expanding the customer base.
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
- Creating and delivering engaging proposals and quotations.
- Leading, coaching, and supporting the Sales Team to achieve targets.
- Working alongside Marketing to help shape campaigns and identify new opportunities.
- Overseeing projects from initial enquiry through to completion, ensuring customers are delighted with the outcome.
- Reporting on activity and performance, and suggesting ways to improve how we work.
About You
We are looking for someone who is commercially minded, people-focused, and not afraid to get stuck in. You will bring:
