A well-established professional services business is looking for a Resourcing Assistant to join their friendly and supportive team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone highly organised, proactive and people-focused who enjoys working in a busy and fast-paced environment. Previous resourcing, scheduling or coordination experience would be beneficial but is not essential. This is a varied role requiring strong communication skills, excellent attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating schedules, workloads, training and leave across teams
- Building strong relationships with stakeholders across the business
- Supporting planning and resource allocation to ensure projects run efficiently
- Acting as a key point of contact for resourcing queries and updates
- Managing and maintaining accurate data and reporting information
- Helping identify and resolve scheduling clashes or resource challenges
- Supporting process improvements and contributing ideas to improve efficiency
The successful candidate will have:
