We're looking for a friendly, organised, and proactive Customer Service Advisor to join a supportive team on a temporary basis. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys helping people, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and takes pride in delivering excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound customer queries via phone, email, and live chat
- Resolve customer issues efficiently, aiming for first-contact resolution
- Accurately log calls and update customer records on our CRM system
- Liaise with internal departments to ensure customer needs are met
- Process orders, returns, and complaints in line with company procedures
- Maintain a professional and positive manner at all times
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a customer service or contact centre role (preferred but not essential)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability
- Confident using computer systems and standard office software
- Ability to work well under pressure and manage multiple queries at once
- Punctual, reliable, and a great team player
