Are you a highly organised, customer-focused professional looking to develop your career within a commercial environment? We're looking for a Sales Support Executive to provide key support to our Key Account Managers and Business Development team. This is a varied role where you'll be involved in everything from coordinating customer samples and preparing presentations to maintaining CRM records, conducting market research and supporting customer projects. This position would suit someone with previous sales support, customer service, account management support or commercial administration experience who enjoys building relationships, juggling multiple priorities and delivering a first-class service.
Key Responsibilities
- Supporting the sales team with day-to-day administration and customer activities
- Managing the sales sample process for UK and international customers
- Preparing customer presentations and sales materials
- Maintaining accurate records within Salesforce CRM
- Conducting market and customer research
- Managing sales documentation and filing systems
- Building strong relationships with colleagues and customers
