Our client in Brighton are seeking a temporary Receptionist / Administrator to join the team on a temporary basis.

Duties will include:

  • Answering and screening incoming calls
  • Booking patient appointments and assisting with enquiries
  • Administrative duties to assist the smooth running of the practice

Candidate requirements:

  • Excellent customer service skills (face to face and telephone)
  • Must have in-date Standard DBS
  • SystemOne experience
  • Able to adhere to strict information governance policies to protect patient confidentiality
  • Previous experience within a similar position (GP clinic)

Approx 30 hours per week, ideally spread across Mon - Friday. Various shifts between 08:00 - 18:30.

£12.30 per hour, weekly pay
