We are recruiting a temporary Receptionist to start Thursday 22nd May for roughly 1-2 weeks, working Monday-Friday 9am-5pm (37.5 hours per week).
Duties will include:
- Greet visitors and staff with a positive, helpful attitude
- Helping maintain workplace security by issuing, checking, and collecting badges as necessary and maintaining visitor logs
- Preparing and clearing meeting rooms
- Answering phones in a professional manner, and screening calls as necessary
- Performing ad-hoc administrative duties
Candidate experience required:
- Must have worked within a similar Reception or Administrative position recently
- Excellent telephone and communication skills
- Flexible and adaptable with an approachable attitude
- Good team player
Salary is £12.50 per hour Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm. Free parking on-site. Must be available to begin a new role immediately.
