We\’re partnering with a well-regarded institution to recruit an experienced and dedicated Receptionist. This is a key front-facing position where a calm, capable presence makes all the difference.
Job Title: Receptionist
Location: Ascot
Type: Permanent, Part-time, 22.5hrs per week (08:00am – 12:30pm)
Estimated Salary: c. £17,000 – £18,500 per annum
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
* Greet and assist visitors and staff whilst maintaining a tidy and welcoming reception area.
* Monitor and log visitor access, following all related processes and procedures as well as taking responsibility for maintaining associated records.
* Answer and redirect incoming phone calls via a switchboard system, relaying messages to staff or handling queries from customers directly.
* Monitor inbox, reply to email queries directly or forward to relevant staff members where appropriate.
* Ad hoc administrative duties as and when required (copying, filing, database management, manage supplies and stationery stock, take small deliveries etc).

* Solid and extensive reception and/or administrative experience.
* Excellent communication and outstanding organisational skills.
* Proficiency with IT systems including Microsoft Office (Word and Outlook).
* A proactive mindset and flexibility to step up when colleagues are busy, absent or on annual leave.
* Reliability and a team-focused attitude.
* Trustworthy and discrete when handling confidential information.
* Professional appearance and a friendly, courteous, diplomatic demeanour.
