The predicted salary is between 26000 - 28000 £ per year.

We are recruiting for a permanent Procurement Executive based in Braintree, working Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week and paying a salary between £26k-£28k Per Annum (DOE). This is a fully office-based position with free parking onsite. Duties will include:

  • Managing an inbox and responding to email queries in a timely and professional manner
  • Responsible for raising repair orders, approving quotes, and processing returns
  • Monitoring and identifying new suppliers, as well as building and maintaining relationships with suppliers
  • Accurately order required products to maintain relevant stock levels
  • Maintaining accurate product availability and repair information, as well as supporting with repair planning when required
  • Tracking the status of orders until delivery and updating PO's with correct information
  • Provide relevant data and identifying parts requiring purchase based on location, condition, repair shop availability

To be successful for this position, you must have at least 1 year experience in Procurement and Supply Chain Management. You must be motivated and highly organised, with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage your own workload to meet deadlines.
