Our client is seeking a detail orientated Administrator to join them as a Procurement & Energy Co-ordinator to support their growing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, analytical , and enjoys working with data and processes . You will work in a type of PA/Support role supporting the Procurement Manager gathering tender information, assisting on writing tenders and providing all round Administration support.
About the Role
The successful candidate will assist in managing purchasing activities , supporting vendor relationships , tracking energy use , and contributing to the client’s sustainability efforts . They will also work with teams across the business to identify areas for efficiency and cost savings .
This role would suit someone with strong admin skills , a keen eye for detail , and an interest in energy efficiency or procurement .
Key Responsibilities:
Procurement
- Process and track purchase orders
- Support supplier onboarding and relationships
- Help manage contracts and ensure compliance
- Produce procurement reports and cost tracking
- Liaise with departments to support their purchasing needs
Energy
- Monitor and report on energy use and trends
- Work with others to identify savings and efficiencies
