Huntress is seeking a proactive People & Culture Advisor in West London. Hybrid role after a 6‑month probation period with 3 days in the office and 2 days from home.
You will support managers and employees across the full lifecycle, lead ER cases, and help enhance HR processes to improve the employee experience. The role requires CIPD Level 5 (or progress toward it), 3–4 years in generalist HR, and strong communication with stakeholders.
