We are currently looking for a highly organised and proactive Office Manager/Personal Assistant to join our client's growing business on a part‑time basis. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high‑performing team, offering support to the CEO and ensuring the smooth day‑to‑day running of the office. The hours can be relatively flexible spread across 5 days of the week or condensed to 3 full days.

Location: Wokingham

Salary: £35,000‑£40,000 FTE, DOE

Type: Permanent, Part‑Time | Hours: 22.5 hours per week

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate meetings including sending out invites and preparing meeting rooms
  • Attend meetings, take minutes and distribute notes in a timely manner
  • Monitor actions and ensure follow‑ups are completed
  • Provide any requested administrative support to the CEO
  • Oversee general facilities management and day‑to‑day office operations
  • Ensure health and safety compliance, including routine checks (e.g. fire safety equipment)
  • Manage office supplies and maintain appropriate stock levels
  • Act as a key point of contact for office‑related queries
  • Other adhoc responsibilities as required

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Confident communicator, both written and verbal
  • Interpersonal skills with a proactive approach to work
  • Previous experience in a similar position
