Job Title: Part Time Adult Learning Administrator Hours: 21 hours per week – must be flexible how these hours are divided through the week Location: North Kensington – nearest station Ladbroke Grove – Please Note, this role is office based, no hybrid Hourly rate: £14.83per hour Duration: 3 month temporary role A unique charity based in North Kensington is looking for a part time administrator to support the charity's Adult Learning courses. Looking for a super organised and experienced administrator who wants part time hours (21 hours per week) and has a keen interest in not for profit organisations and education. Key responsibilities: Produce word-processed letters, Excel reports, action sheets and documents as necessary Set up meetings and take minutes for AGM meetings Administration associated with accreditation and awarding bodies for all ESOL and Teaching Assistant courses Assist with promotional tasks such as mail-outs and outbound progression calls, newsletter, and promotional events/open days Assist with community events as required by agreement To assist the Adult & Community Learning Manager to ensure all internal and external student examinations are effectively planned and organised in a timely manner in accordance with exam regulations Responsible for the preparation and distribution of exam timetables and communication for Mock examinations, and liaise with the team of tutors, making detailed arrangements for each exam sittingExperience required: At least one year's experience operating at Administration level – ideally experience working in Higher Education or Adult Learning Good command of written and spoken English Must have good IT skills, including use of MS Office Word, Excel and Access If you are looking for a part time administration role, able to easily commute to North Kensington area and available immediately, please apply now.
