Office Manager for an inspiring Architecture Firm! ROLE: Office Manager INDUSTRY: Architecture SALARY: £50,000-£55,000 per annum LOCATION: Elephant & Castle – Fully Office Based! HOURS: Monday-Friday, 8:00am-4:30pm / 9:00am-5:30pm rotating shift pattern We are working with an award-winning Architecture firm who are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Office Manager to oversee the smooth operation of their workplace, ensure a safe and efficient working environment, and support key HR functions. This multifaceted role requires strong organisational skills, a people-first mindset, and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities across office administration, facilities coordination, and HR support. Responsibilities: Office Management Oversee day-to-day office operations, including suppliers, budgets, and scheduling. Act as the first point of contact for visitors, clients, and urgent facilities matters. Streamline office systems and processes to keep everything running smoothly.Facilities Manage building services, contractors, and maintenance schedules. Ensure high standards of cleanliness, safety, and security. Champion sustainability and energy-saving initiatives.Health & Safety Act as the lead contact for health and safety, keeping policies compliant. Organise fire drills, first aid, and wellbeing training. Maintain up-to-date safety records and risk assessments.Team Leadership Lead, mentor, and support the admin team. Allocate tasks and oversee smooth workflow. Foster a positive, collaborative team culture.HR Support Support recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes. Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation. Be a first point of contact for staff HR queries.
