Office Coordinator Salary: £28,000- £32,000 Based in Chelsea Office based role A contemporary boutique style service office is looking for a Office Coordinator to join their team in Chelsea. The role involves assisting in various areas such as marketing, IT, front desk and general administration. This is a great opportunity for a Studio Assistant/Office Coordinator with excellent communication skills and the drive to get involved and adapt depending on the needs of the business. Use of Canva is highly desirable. Key duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date databases, including client details and IT records Provide receptionist coverage during peak times or absences, ensuring high standards of reception procedures Assist with end-of-month billing, generate reports, and manage lettings lists and licenses Handle client inquiries regarding unit availability, services, and refurbishment projects Program Wi-Fi connections for new clients and troubleshoot connectivity issues Assist with internet and telephone setup for clients Develop and maintain a marketing strategy for the Studios in collaboration with the Studios Manager Plan and execute educational and social events within the Studios Update website content (e.g., unit availability, news pages) and manage social media accounts Create and publish blogs, posts, and marketing materials using tools like Canva Manage marketing efforts across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn Coordinate deliveries, greet visitors, and manage conference room bookings Oversee the upkeep of reception and operational standardsExperience Required: An experienced Office Coordinator/Studio Assistant A multitasker with excellent organisational skills A great communicator able to build and develop relationships with multiple tenants Experience of social media platforms as well as using Canva would be ideal Use or knowledge of Google Analytics would be advantageous PC literate of MS Office including Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.Benefits: 20 days hols + closed Christmas week + BH.
