We're recruiting on behalf of our client, for an organised and personable Recruitment Administrator to join their busy recruitment team on a temporary basis. In this role, you'll provide essential administrative support across the recruitment process, helping to ensure a smooth and positive experience for candidates and hiring managers alike. If you're someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a keen eye for detail and enjoys supporting people through every stage of the recruitment journey, this could be the role for you. Hybrid working may be considered for up to two days a week once trained and undertaking certain duties.

What you'll be doing:

  • Drafting job adverts for review
  • Arranging interviews with candidates and hiring managers
  • Preparing conditional offer letters and completing pre-employment recruitment checks
  • Arranging start dates for new starters
  • Responding to general enquiries via telephone, email and face to face
  • Supporting at in-person recruitment events
  • Data entry and retrieval for vacancies, applicants and colleagues using the Electronic Staff Records (ESR) system

What we're looking for:

  • Previous recruitment and customer service experience
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems or staff record systems
  • Excellent attention to detail, particularly when handling candidate and employee information
  • Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel)
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Confident communication skills and a professional, approachable manner
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
