We are recruiting for a part-time temporary Student Information Officer to join a well-established educational organisation based in Newcastle NE2. MUST have a DBS. Starting 1st September. Part time for 6 weeks, 17.5 hours a week.
- Administer the induction and enrolment process for all students.
- Receiving and recording eligibility documents.
- Administer the process for students who intermit, transfer and withdraw from the course.
- Administer the student attendance recording system ensuring that student attendance, absences and class swaps are recorded accurately and the information held is up to date.
- Provide administrative support to the Learning Support tutors.
- Ensure sufficient stocks of stationery - ordering and replenishing stocks as necessary.
- Providing an up to date service to students looking for accommodation.
- Keep up-to-date files of all paperwork.
- Input and keep records relating to overtime payments for teaching staff, invigilators and visiting lecturers on a monthly basis.
