Are you an organised, detail-driven marketing professional who enjoys the operational side of marketing? A global leader in educational technology is looking for a Marketing Executive to provide essential marketing support across our international markets.
In this role, your focus will be on the delivery and coordination of marketing activities - ensuring campaigns run smoothly, leads are captured accurately, and marketing systems and processes are maintained effectively. You'll play a key part in helping the marketing and sales teams operate efficiently by managing the mechanics behind successful campaigns.
Key responsibilities include:
- Building, managing, and analysing email marketing campaigns from supplied content
- Scheduling and coordinating social media content across platforms
- Designing basic marketing graphics (e.g., social media banners) and adapting templates as needed
- Editing and adapting pre-written content for use across emails, social posts, and marketing materials
- Monitoring marketing response inboxes, processing leads into the CRM system, and maintaining lead records
- Tracking, analysing, and reporting on key marketing metrics and campaign performance
- Maintaining and updating the email communications calendar
- Supporting the preparation of monthly marketing reports for the management team
- Assisting with projects such as website updates and sales collateral refreshes
We are looking for someone who:
- Has a degree (preferably in Marketing, Business, or a related field)
- Brings some experience within a marketing or operations environment - or strong, relevant transferable skills
- Demonstrates excellent organisation, attention to detail, and responsiveness
- Has good working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint); experience with Salesforce, WordPress, Marketo, or Canva is a plus
- Is motivated, reliable, and thrives in a structured, fast-paced, and technology-driven environment
