Our client is seeking a driven and reliable Executive Assistant / Team Coordinator to provide high-level administrative and organisational support to their leadership team.
Our hybrid role blends executive support and project coordination, ideal for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced, professional environment and takes initiative to deliver results.
Key Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact and right-hand support to senior leaders; manage complex diaries, meetings, and travel arrangements
- Coordinate multiple projects from initiation to completion, monitor timelines, deliverables, and progress reports
- Prepare high-quality reports, presentations, and key documents to support strategic initiatives
- Draft, proofread, and manage confidential correspondence and documentation
- Oversee inbox management, respond to and prioritise communications where appropriate
- Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders, maintain strong working relationships at all levels
- Organise detailed itineraries, travel schedules, and accommodation for business commitments
- Manage sensitive information with the utmost professionalism and discretion
- Anticipate requirements and proactively address issues to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
Key Skills and Experience
- Proven experience supporting senior executives or leadership teams in a similar role
- Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to prioritise and manage competing demands
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a high level of attention to detail
- Strong proficiency in MS Office and project management tools
- A pro‑active and professional approach, demonstrating the ability to command authority when coordinating across stakeholders

Job Title: Team Co‑ordinator
Salary: up to £40,000
Location: Camberley – hybrid opportunity available once settled and trained
Working Days and Hours: Monday – Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
