Engineer Scheduler
£27,000 per annum
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am - 5:00pm; Office-based
We are looking for an organised and proactive Engineer Scheduler to join a busy and fast-paced team.
This is a varied coordination role involving scheduling, planning and coordinating daily workloads, administration and day-to-day team support. You'll be helping to keep workloads organised and ensuring everything runs smoothly and efficiently.
Some of the things you'll be involved in…
- Scheduling new and ongoing jobs efficiently
- Managing and maintaining busy engineer diaries
- Booking appointments and coordinating engineers' daily workloads
- Liaising with engineers regarding availability and additional hours
- Reviewing schedules daily and preparing for upcoming appointments
- Keeping internal systems and scheduling information accurate and up to date

- Is comfortable using computers and learning new systems
- Works well within a busy, fast-paced team
