Huntress in Greater London is seeking a proactive Workspace Coordinator to support the smooth running of a busy office. This role involves managing front‑of‑house operations, coordinating meeting spaces, and providing a welcoming environment for staff and visitors.

The ideal candidate has previous office coordination experience and strong organisational skills. You will work closely with the Office Manager to ensure a positive workplace experience for approximately 150 employees.

This position operates Monday to Friday from 9 am to 5 pm at a rate of £15.50 per hour.
