We are seeking a proactive, highly organised individual to support our senior leadership team in a fast-paced, professional environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage complex electronic diaries for multiple Directors, arranging internal and external appointments and ensuring all relevant details (location, virtual links, papers, etc.) are included.
  • Prepare and coordinate Board packs, ensuring all documentation is accurate, complete, and distributed in advance of meetings.
  • Assist the PA to the Boards in preparing high-quality presentations and reports.
  • Handle incoming calls and visitors, acting as a professional first point of contact and managing queries efficiently.
  • Take accurate minutes at meetings and maintain action trackers to ensure timely follow-up.
  • Organise meetings, book rooms, and coordinate catering and refreshments as required.
  • Provide administrative support for internal events and Director travel and accommodation arrangements.
About You
  • Significant experience as an Executive Assistant / PA, with proven experience preparing Board packs and supporting senior leadership teams.
  • Confident and advanced user of Microsoft Office applications.
  • Experience in creating professional presentations.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Highly organised, proactive, and able to work both independently and collaboratively.
